1,000 iPhone photos

Holy moly. I have taken over 1,000 pics on the ole' iPhone.
Thought it was time for a bit of an iPhone dump/blog catch up/fill-in type thing.
Ready go!

Semi-successful crown braid, then a little lacrosse against the backboard while PB read a book.

Liquid nitrogen ice cream making with the Goates

Marian's "horse show", and subsequent blue ribbon - so proud!

Audrey's perfect hair, which I begged her to let me braid, fishtail style.

Lots of self-taken pictures to send to my husband while he's on a trip so he remembers to come home :)

A delicious date I had with myself to a cupcake shop. That thing even had frosting in the middle, yuuuuum.

Bike rides and runs through Johnson Park and the towpath.

More pics for the Paul
(bonus! my former bald spot now has semi long hairs, which you can see sticking out on the right side there - which they have a tendency to do lately, only slightly annoying.)

Val + kids came to visit me. Beach time!

Then fun times with the girls at the Please Touch Museum in Philly.

Well, wasn't that fun? :)

Pithari, Greek Restaurant

Can you believe it? Paul has been gone for over four weeks. Lame! But, before he left he took me on a date to one of our most favorite places in NJ.

It's a little Greek restaurant in Highland Park called Pithari.

The food is amazing. Thin sliced meat with fresh-made Pitas and light and delicious Greek yogurt and veggies. Yum diddly um.

Plus, last time we went, their windows were wide open, and a great breeze was blowing through.

All the blue and white makes me feel like I'm sitting right on the sea in Greece with white washed houses all around.

It's a New Jersey gem if there ever was one.

Lake Superior

I just purchased my first iPhone apps (all freebies 'til now). And wouldn't it make sense that it was a blogging app, allowing me to keep you updated at all times! Or, mostly to keep me busy during my waits at airports today.

I have a billion things to catch up on, but first up are some shots of the lovely Lake Superior.

You might think it's an ocean, but it fooled you. Freshwater lake right there.

We loved it.

(My only complaint with the App is the smaller sized pics- which I later fixed on my computer, otherwise pretty good BlogPress!)

Those Bridges!

I love big bridges. They are just kind of magical, and huge. I always feel the need to take a picture, so here is a collection for you.

First up: the Verrazano, which connects Staten Island to Brooklyn (taken on our way to JFK, flying home for Eric's wedding. PS.. we almost missed our flight because of Brooklyn traffic.) It's a double decker dudes.

This was on our way to the Phillies game, a great view of Philly from this guy.
