I never ever thought I would say that I ran 13.1 miles..
or answer "yes" when people asked if I'm a runner.
BUT
I DID IT!!!!
The BRYCE CANYON HALF MARATHON was the place.
July 19, 2008 was the time.
The Goal? Finish in under 2:30.
The Results... FINISHED in 2 HOURS and 5 MINUTES!!!
(thanks to some good downhill and my fiance running next to me)

oh.. and that guy on the left. My brother Eric (is awesome). He finished in 1 hour 35 minutes.(WOW!)

and we're getting MARRIED in 4 days!!!!!

wahoo half marathon!! Good for you! That's awesome. Eric finished fast! That's how long it takes me to run 8 miles :S. I'm worried about qualifying for Boston. ah! Congrats!!
