Peanut Curry on brown rice (turned out pretty dang good!)
and.. chocolate chip cookies (new recipe, courtesy of my former news writing editor)
Oh- and I am so grateful for spellchecker..because I just spelled recipe and courtesy wrong (and probably a lot of other words too).

He was in my public speaking class last semester. I think we may have talked like once but we probably know random things about each other...like I know he likes classical guitar and he coached a girl's football (I think) team called the Rainbow Sliders...
