This is the most on-top-of things blogging I've ever done. It's practically live.
Today I was lucky enough to go with my grandparents and parents to Philadelphia. They have been touring around New York and Canada, but are finally back in New Jersey. Hooray!
(And now they are enjoying a post-dinner movie, and so I thought I'd blog before I forget and it doesn't happen for 2 months.)
First stop: Liberty Bell! Without a thousand tourists getting all up in my picture.
Lots of walking walking walking
Independence hall! I just love that slatey blue and that green together. Oh yeah, and our country was founded in this nicely styled room.
And the baby blue/white stairwell
Old piano and a giant map of the Eastern United States that I desperately want to steal for my very own home.
What a pretty contemplating mother!
I'd love these dishes.
I'll take one of those 1700 clocks also, pretty please!
Where the senate met.
Looking out the window towards Independence Hall
Street truck Philly Cheese Steaks!
My grandma collected all the beautiful maple leaves. Can you blame her?
"The Signer!!"
hair failure.
Where Benjamin Franklin's house stood
Betsy Ross's bedroom! Sorry for taking pictures Betsy Ross house, I know it's illegal but I couldn't help it.
This lady was so cute and pretended she was Betsy Ross and I pretty much thought she was by the end of her spiel.
I loved these Mums!
How could I resist taking a picture of our whole group in this great mirror?
Elrefth's Alley!
This is my mom's Philly Phave.
How about that old old brick and the yellow accents?
How could you not take a picture of those lovers in that perfect tree?
We also saw the US Mint, but you can't take pictures. Laaaaame.
And that my friends, was a fun day in Philadelphia.
