Hey Dad,

Thanks for loving me, even when I'm a bit crazy. In fact, thanks for giving me that little bit of crazy and embracing it yourself. :)

Thank you for supporting me in my life's decisions. Great or small. You know me better than most people. You are one of my biggest fans. (And guess what - on my Survivor application, you were the one I listed as my hero). 

Oh yes, and thanks for being generally awesome. I look up to you a lot. I want to live my life like you and mom, staying active, being fit and being able to enjoy life with your kids.

You are the best :)

And also, a tribute to Paul's dad. Mr. Greg Bryan Frandsen

Thanks for giving that middle name of yours to Paul. He loves it.

Thanks for your example to Paul, of being a man, traveling the world, and always looking suave.

And thanks for being an amazing dad. 

You are missed!
